Good to know:

Your room will be ready for you from 2 p.m. on your arrival day. We kindly ask you to vacate it by 11 a.m. on your departure day. If you expect to arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know.

As final confirmation, we kindly ask for a deposit of EUR 400.00 per room (free of charges) within 3 days. In the event of cancellation, this deposit will remain in full with the accommodation provider. The remaining balance is to be paid directly on site at the accommodation.

There is no right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Protection Code – however, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

• For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, no additional cancellation fees apply. The deposit will be refunded minus a € 50.00 handling fee.

• For cancellations between 29 and 15 days before arrival, a fee of 50% of the total booked amount will be charged.

• For cancellations between 14 and 3 days before arrival, a fee of 70% of the total booked amount will be charged.

• For cancellations within 2 days before arrival, a fee of 100% of the total booked amount will be charged.

• In case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, cancellation fees of 100% will apply for the booked but unused days. The cancellation costs will be calculated based on the total price.

We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to avoid incurring cancellation costs: Europäische Reiseversicherung.

If you pay for your stay in cash, you’ll receive a 1,5% discount on the nightly rate. Of course, you’re also welcome to pay by debit card, and we accept VISA and Mastercard.

A tourist tax of €3.00 per person and night is charged for guests aged 16 and up. Guests under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax.

If you book your room for single occupancy, we charge the following supplements:

• €90.00 per night in a junior suite

We know that holidays just aren’t the same without your beloved four-legged friend. Upon request, you can bring your furry companion with you to the Karlwirt. We charge € 25.00 per night without food, as well as an additional € 20.00 for final cleaning of the room if necessary. Thank you for understanding that your darling may not accompany you into the dining room and can only enter the wellness oasis and the sunbathing lawn if necessary.

The Karlwirt is a founding hotel of the 18-hole golf course in Pertisau and is located right by the 1^st and 2^nd hole. You’ll receive a 20% green fee discount!
